Thrive Newsletter – Spring 2018

From creative design and print through to packing and posting, Phoenix 10 provided Thrive with a complete managed service for the Thrive News Spring 2018 newsletter.

Thrive News is a bi-annual printed newsletter that communicates the latest news, events and updates from the various Thrive centres. It's an opportunity to share success stories and the great work that Thrive produces in helping people through social and therapeutic horticulture.

Creative design through to newsletter packing and posting

Providing a complete service alleviates some of the time (and stress) involved in managing multiple third-parties for Thrive. Phoenix 10 were a single point of contact from the graphic design stage through to the newsletter dropping through letterboxes. Our intention is to keep every print project as simple as possible for Thrive, so they can maximise their time fundraising, arranging events and generally being a great cause.

Advice that leads to cost savings

Phoenix 10 helped Thrive save costs during the print fulfilment stage by suggesting switching to C4 envelope distribution, instead of their previous method of sending out as C5. This method would qualify for Royal Mail MailSort discounts and a saving of 16% on postage fees. We actively try to find ways to save our customers costs during a creative project. This advice covers various layout, pagination and print stock options through to the different delivery methods available.
